This policy outlines our collector-friendly process.
Collector’s Note:
All returns must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact – just as you’d expect when trading rare Pokémon cards or Zelda memorabilia!
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all tags
- Proof: Include your order number or packing slip
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened Tamagotchi devices (due to personal data storage)
- Digital game codes for Nintendo Switch, PS4, or PS5
- Tapestries and Dakimakura body pillows if packaging seal is broken
- Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Limited Edition – No Returns”

2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Shipping instructions (address and carrier)
- Any special packaging requirements
3. Ship Your Return
Package items securely (we recommend original packaging) and include:

- Copy of your order confirmation
- Completed return form (if applicable)
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Deductions:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns (10% of item value)
Exchange Process

- We’ll ship new item once return is received and approved
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Note: Limited edition items like Hololive tapestries or Sanrio plush may not be available for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Dragon Quest plush arrived damaged or you received the wrong Kirby plush:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damaged/wrong item and packaging
- We’ll arrange free return shipping if needed
- Receive priority replacement or full refund
Collector’s Tip:
For valuable items like Amiibo or limited-edition PS5 games, we recommend recording your unboxing as proof of condition.
International Returns
For collectors outside the US:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees cannot be refunded
- Processing may take additional 3-5 business days
